Cabeza de Vaca

Francisco Javier García Cabeza de Vaca is a mexican governor of the Tamaulipas state, he is better known as Cabeza de Vaca; his last surname. He faces a judicial process, because the Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), which is the major attorney organism in Mexico, denounced him for money laundering, operations with resources of illicit origin and organized crime. But, the trial has been like a wheel of fortune; it means, while the FGR is looking for the outrage of his charge as Tamaulipas’s governor; Cabeza de Vaca has played his game . In the first movement, the FGR wants the outrage, because if it doesn’t happen, the trial is going to end in the Tamaulipas’s court; and it means the dead of the trial and a triumph for Cabeza de Vaca. So, that’s the reason why the FGR is looking for to bring the case to the federal courts, where have a wide room for maneuver.

Lopez Obrador's Dream     The mexican President Andres Manuel López Obrador had a dream (or a nightmare, call it whatever you want); in that dream, the Comision Federal de Electricidad (CFE, is the power production government company) was the only power producer; and all the mexican people have the access to shipper energy services. But, in the other side, there are a malicious and penny pinchers businessmen that want to control all that. So, in the dream, Lopez Obrador thought how to combat these people's enemy, then it was when he created the reform for the Ley de la Industria Eléctrica (Electrical Industry Law). In this law, there are so much privileges for CFE, so the private companies argue that is a regulation that encourages the unfair competition. What's more distintivo the green energy production, and they think the law is going to generate higher costs in the energy services and products for the people.
